The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for leading a gamut of HR functions including talent acquisition, HR ops, performance management and business partnering.

Job Description

Key Role Deliverables:

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Manage the end to end hiring process to ensure a high caliber workforce
    • Oversee manpower planning and capacity planning and allocation
    • Ensure that talent acquisition initiatives align with the company's strategic goals
    • Drive efficiency, bring automation and make data driven decisions



· HR Operations:

  • Drive HR operations for the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets the needs of business
  • Manage end to end employee life cycle on the HRMS and lead reporting
  • Bringing more automation, efficiency and driving analytics



· Performance Management:o Create an objective review systemo Lead research-based performance efficiency reports, and suggest performance management changes as necessary· HR Business Partnering:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational performance
  • To implement actions / initiatives to support dissemination of values, culture, employee policies / benefits



· Team Management:

  • Leading a team of HR professionals across multiple functions



The Successful Applicant

Prerequisites:

  • Expertise in leading the HR function for people centric / service organizations
  • Track record in managing a high-quality workforce, focusing on talent management and talent acquisition
  • An eye for numbers and being data-driven
  • Excellent leadership, team building, process mapping and management skills
  • Should have a growth mindset and ability to evolve to a dynamic work environment
