About Our Client

Our client is an industry leader in the functional space of sustainability.

We are helping our client in seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to lead and drive global business development with focus on enterprise solutions (sustainability and impact)

Job Description

  • Hitting and exceeding annual and quarterly revenue targets including the sales funnel
  • Construct internal network and cooperate with delivery teams to sell into existing client base
  • Develop and oversee bespoke solutions for customers to improve sustainability performance
  • Strategic project management including the support of key deliveries to maintain the client relationship and identify further sales opportunities
  • Pursuing commercial opportunities and identifying growth areas which deliver value and strengthen the bond between consultant and client
  • Continuous improvement in the Processes and Frameworks that will enable the team to perform team activities effectively and efficiently to ensure sales and client success
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Tech / Product team to improve the product and contribute to the product roadmap. Also working with the marketing team to drive marketing initiatives to improve lead funnel.
  • Team Development and Performance: Build the team, align the team with Functional OKRs, ensure capability building in the team, develop cross-learning opportunities, track and improve individual performance
  • Market insights and loop feedback: Develop a mechanism for all internal teams to provide market (client and referral) insights back into the system
  • Manage client experience across Engagement Lifecycle: Continuously identify areas of improvement and coordinate with all delivery teams to improve client success
  • Employee Development: Coach, mentor and develop team members. Own functional on boarding and provide career development opportunities
  • Provide Strategic Consulting: Understand the client's vision and develop the road map for Sustainability and community impact landscape. This should also include reporting on sustainability standards

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Background in consulting with the BIG 4
  • MBA from tie 1 B School
  • Experience in consulting on sustainability and social impact with global clients
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
  • Prior team management experience
