Job Description



  1. Digital Solution Design
    • Architect smart, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions that translate business onboarding requirements into functional digital capabilities.
    • Ensure solutions are future-ready to support rapid onboarding of new banks and brokers.


  2. Application Ecosystem Management
    • Oversee the suite of digital onboarding applications, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability.
    • Maintain system health with minimal downtime and quick resolution of Sev1/2 issues.


  3. Agile Project Execution
    • Lead agile delivery tracks, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and release management.
    • Use tools like JIRA, Airtable, and PPM PRO to track progress, manage backlogs, and report delivery metrics.


  4. Governance & Compliance
    • Monitor and report on governance dashboards including velocity, burn down charts, defect density, and adherence to agile processes.
    • Ensure compliance with internal and external technology standards, especially in collaboration with bank partners.


  5. Team & Resource Management
    • Manage a cross-functional tech team including Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, and Engineering Managers.
    • Recruit and develop talent with the right technical skill sets to support onboarding initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A seasoned professional with 12-15 years of experience in digital product management, agile delivery, and technology-led transformation within financial services or insurance. They should demonstrate strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on expertise in managing digital onboarding platforms, agile tools like JIRA, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient onboarding solutions.
