Job Description



  • Design, develop, and implement expense management and leave management systems for a field force of over 7,000 employees.


  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 members responsible for resolving field queries related to expenses, leaves, and full & final settlements.


  • Oversee the updating and maintenance of doctor and chemist lists within the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely data for the field force.


  • Manage the Standard Fare Chart (SFC) maintenance team to support effective travel and expense planning.


  • Drive continuous process improvements and identify opportunities for automation, including leveraging AI technologies.


  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to tailor Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business needs.


  • Strategize and execute user training programs to maximise system adoption and operational efficiency.



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce systems supporting field forces of 8,000+ users, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industries.


  • Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to identify, design, and implement automation solutions, including AI-driven initiatives.


  • Client-focused with excellent skills in interpreting business requirements and customizing Salesforce systems accordingly.


  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including working effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.


  • Experienced people manager, skilled in leading and developing a team of around 20 employees, and capable of strategizing comprehensive training programs for diverse user groups.


  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
