The role is based in Noida and will report directly into CBO of the business, as an individual contributor to start with.

Job Description

  • Hunt and Identify potential clients and new business opportunities with identified accounts within IT/ ITes/Shared Services / BFSI industry
  • Handle key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and help build deeper wallet share with these clients
  • Work with team to develop proposals that address client's needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Proactively lead development of business intelligence for the Key Accounts business, attend industry events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market, benefits budgets and creative trends
  • Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services through vendors and distribution channels
  • Activate and optimise both internal and external relationships with vendors, distributors and customers
  • Drive all important KPI's, operational cadence and forecast sales targets by measuring and tracking all critical KPI's
  • Work closely with cross functional teams like Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Business Heads etc. to execute the growing business opportunities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leader in Business Development (Key Accounts) role should come with:

  • Min 10 years of experience in managing Business Development role for Key Accounts within IT/ITes/BFSI and GCC client industries
  • A strong understanding of the Benefits and well being portfolio for the said industries
  • Candidates from insurance broking background or Insurance background with sales experience in benefits or well being portfolio will be highly preferred
  • The ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Superior presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be passionate about healthcare as a service offering and to drive important growth in the said domain
