Job Description

  • Lead HR technology strategy with a focus on HRIS enhancements, scalability and employee experience
  • Drive automation, process optimization and seamless system integrations across HR platforms
  • Enable advanced HR analytics, dashboards and insights for data‑driven decision‑making
  • Ensure system stability, data integrity, security and regulatory compliance
  • Manage stakeholders, vendors and change initiatives to ensure strong adoption and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • The person will come in with 15+ years of overall experience, including strong, hands‑on exposure to HRIS and HR technology
  • They will be comfortable operating in a large, regulated BFSI environment, enjoy improving and scaling existing HR systems rather than building from scratch and be known for working closely with stakeholders and vendors to drive adoption, stability and meaningful business impact.
