Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Adept in managing compliance, costing, regulatory affairs, financial reporting (Ind As)
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with business objectives.
  • Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy CFO should have:

  • Qualified CA (1st attempt preferred)
  • Strong expertise in financial strategy, business partnering, financial controllership, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial management tools and software (Eg SAP)
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.
  • Experience in the plastic, polymer, packaging Industry or a related Industrial/Manufacturing field.
