Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end sales operations for the Delhi market with full ownership of revenue and market share targets.
  • Develop and execute state-level sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive distributor management, expansion, and performance optimization across on-trade and off-trade channels.
  • Analyse market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to drive activation, visibility, and consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements within the alcobev sector.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in the alcobev industry with a proven track record in sales leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of the Delhi/NCR market, excise regulations, and distribution landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing distributor networks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong bias for execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
