Job Description

  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience delivering end-to-end data science projects with a proven track record of measurable business impact.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep expertise in Python and a strong foundation in building production-grade ML systems.
    • Advanced SQL and experience with large-scale data processing.
    • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and concepts (e.g., Docker, Airflow, MLflow).
    • Proven experience in a specialized area relevant to our work, such as Uplift Modeling, Survival Analysis, NLP, or Optimization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Science Manager should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience in applying machine learning and statistical techniques to solve business problems.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
