Ensure Cybersecurity is included into induction trainings (or equivalent) for all new joiners (internal & external).Regularly perform some targeted awareness session to specific populations (Top Management, PAs, CDMO, Purchasing, Legal, Project Manager…).Ensure all Group initiatives on Cybersecurity awareness (newsletter, e-learning, phishing campaign, Cyberweek or Cybermonth) are correctly deployed.

Job Description

Operational Excellence

    • Organize, at least, each quarter security committees with the CIO of the perimeter and relevant IT Domain managers to review Cybersecurity KPIs.
    • Organize regular follow-up meeting / committee with each IT domain manager to review Cybersecurity KPIs and action plan.
    • Ensure during these meetings that all recommendations / issues / exceptions are correctly understood by the owners. Ensure their resolution in a timely manner.
    • Perform regular follow-up with DPO, purchasing & legal department on Third-Parties / partners assessments and perform regular cybersecurity reviews for critical vendors.
    • Make sure that all vulnerabilities identified in your scope (TVM, bug bounties, pentests…) are correctly assigned, followed up by IT owners and resolved in timely manner according to the Policies.

Resiliency

  • Ensure critical applications are properly identified and documented (in clients GRC tool - ServiceNow).
  • Ensure existence of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for all critical assets.
  • Support in definition of BCP (on IT perimeter) and DRP and ensure DRP tests are performed regularly in compliance with Group requirements.
  • Improve responsiveness to Cyber-crisis by identifying and maintaining up to date lists of key stakeholders.
  • Plan regular crisis exercises with IT and business teams.
  • Ensure proper Crisis Management team is in place.

Contribution to Zone & Group

    • Be the main point of contact for all Titanium Reload initiatives and ensure proper deployment on their perimeter.
    • Contribute to Group & Zone initiatives and especially Titanium Reload program.
    • Share best practices with peers.
