Job Description

  • Identify Operational Bottlenecks and Issues: Proactively analyze current operational workflows across departments to pinpoint inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for improvement in both US and India teams.
  • Serve as Connective Tissue Between Departments: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across various departments, breaking down silos and ensuring alignment on key objectives and processes.
  • Standardize Processes Across Geographies: Develop and implement standardized operational processes and best practices to ensure coherence and efficiency across teams in the US and India, addressing the current lack of uniformity.
  • Harmonize Jira Usage: Establish consistent processes and workflows for teams utilizing Jira, ensuring data integrity and facilitating cross-team collaboration and reporting.
  • Process Mapping and Bottleneck Analysis: Map out existing departmental workflows to gain a clear understanding of current processes and deeply analyze these maps to identify critical bottlenecks.
  • Implement Process and Data-Driven Solutions: Develop and implement solutions to identified bottlenecks through process optimization, data standardization, and the introduction of appropriate tools and technologies.
  • OKR Framework Implementation: Lead the setup and rollout of the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework across the organization for all quarters, ensuring understanding and adoption at all levels.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a PMO role or a similar strategic operations role, preferably within a fast-paced and global environment, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience in setting up and rolling out the OKR framework and a deep understanding of its principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and process mapping software.
