We are looking for a Customer Success Leader to join our client in Pune. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage customer relationships across the globe, while running a team of AM and TAM (technical account management).
  • Lead the Customer Success and Technical Account Management Charter
  • Must be based out of / relocate to Pune as a location

About Our Client

Our client is a Series B SAAS organisation, catering to 1000+ global clientele, in the data unification space. They have been backed by marquee investors, and we have been retained to set up the leadership for their Pune centre.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage a team of 7 of TAM / AM
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer experience with our software solutions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Success Leader should have:

  • A strong background in customer service / technical account management within the SAAS space
  • Strong preference for someone managing managers
  • Stemmed into business role, with roots being in the technology / engineering side
  • To be based out of Pune
  • Prior experience in managing global clientele
