About Our Client
Our client is a leading SAAS product organisation, with its footprint in 90+ countries and backed by marquee investors. We are looking for a leader, to lead the Customer success function of the company globally.
Job Description
- Define and optimise the Client Journey, aligned with key client maturity milestones
- Measure effectiveness of client success with operational metrics for the team, including churn, revenue, and client satisfaction objectives
- Design and implement best practice processes to cost-effectively support accounts of all sizes and touch points
- Lead a team of customer success managers to drive revenue from existing clientele
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 8 years of relevant customer success experience
Should have managed a team of at least 8 to 10
MBA from a tier 1 college would be preferred
Must have had managed global / Fortune 500 clients
