Job Description

Manage all the complete customer life cycle from the time of on boarding.

Manage a team of Customer Success Managers, Service Account Managers and Technical Landscape owners.

Improve customer satisfaction and advocacy with high NPS scores by ensuring impeccable service and delivery.

Reduce Churn and increase renewals from large clients.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate is a customer driven individual who has managed Cloud service delivery in the past

Has had experience in managing teams and working with clients across the globe

Has managed or been a part of customer surveys, NPS scores

Has built a process to drive the outcome of customer success
