We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will be responsible for leading our Technology department, driving innovation and ensuring the successful execution of the company's business mission through the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies.

Based in New Delhi, they operate at a global scale, serving clients from various industries. They are IPO bound.

Job Description

  • Lead the Technology department in the design and implementation of technological strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure the company's technological processes meet industry standards and are secure.
  • Collaborate with the management to set company's goals and strategy from a technology perspective.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the technology team.
  • Monitor system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the technology department.
  • Handle the company's intellectual property portfolio relating to technology.
  • Stay updated with latest technology trends and ensure the company is at the forefront of industry developments, especially in mobile, digital and social media platforms.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CTO should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing technology teams in a BFSI/Fintech/Payments Infra.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, budgeting and business operations.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A strong strategic and business mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
