Job Description

  • Develop and implement the organization's technology strategy to support business goals.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals to ensure high performance and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technological needs.
  • Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems and data.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance operations.
  • Manage technology budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of technology systems and address any issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Technology should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in technology strategy and management within large Technology first companies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technology teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing technology budgets and resources effectively.
