Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic CTO with a cofounder mindset to lead technology strategy and execution. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Product Head to align tech initiatives with business goals, while building scalable systems and engineering culture from the ground up. Key responsibilities include defining the technology roadmap, driving AI/ML and IoT innovations, ensuring system reliability and cybersecurity, and representing the organization in tech forums. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in cloud-native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, and emerging technologies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership or CTO roles
  • Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams and processes
  • Hands-on expertise in AI/ML, IoT, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Strong understanding of product strategy and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • High ownership, innovative mindset, and awareness of emerging tech trends
