Our client is an online gaming platform, with a good market share within its segment. They are looking for a dynamic leader to support leadership vision.

Job Description

As the CTO, you will manage the technical team, set strategic direction for product development and innovation. You will be crucial in driving technology to lead the market and ensuring high performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage large teams and foster a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Your key responsibilities would be -

  • Lead the technology strategy, vision, and execution to enhance the gaming platform
  • Manage and expand a team of over 60+ engineers, developers, and IT professionals
  • Oversee the research, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies
  • Work closely with the Product and Design teams to ensure the technology stack aligns with business goals
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and high availability of all technical operations
  • Plan and manage the migration and integration of tech teams and operations
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the tech team

The Successful Applicant

As the ideal candidate, you are a Software Engineer (Preferably from IIT / BITS) with 15+ years of experience in consumer tech and have at least 3 years of prior experience as CTO / Head Engineering.

Strong technical background with expertise in Java and JavaScript is preferred. Physical relocation to Delhi NCR is mandatory.
