Job Description

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will own end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and execution for a large-scale, enterprise SaaS platform supporting complex distribution, sales, and analytics use cases.

  • Define and evolve scalable, cloud-native, multi-tenant architecture across core products and analytics platforms
  • Act as the final technical authority, staying hands-on in architecture reviews and critical engineering decisions
  • Ensure platform availability, performance, reliability, and security for enterprise customers with stringent SLAs
  • Lead cloud, DevOps, and deployment strategies to drive speed, stability, and cost efficiency
  • Oversee data platforms and analytics to enable real-time insights from high-volume transactional systems
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams while fostering a culture of ownership and excellence
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to translate business and customer needs into robust technical solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 18+ years of technology experience with deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Proven track record of architecting and scaling transaction-heavy, multi-tenant systems
  • Experience building products for FMCG, Retail, Distribution, or field-force-driven businesses
  • Strong hands-on background in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, APIs, and data-intensive platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to balance speed, scalability, customization, and reliability in enterprise environments
  • Prior leadership experience as CTO, VP Engineering, Chief Architect, or similar senior role
  • Product-minded, execution-driven leader who remains deeply involved in architectural ownership
  • Comfortable engaging with CEOs, CIOs, and enterprise customer technology teams
