Job Description

  • Overseeing all legal aspects of the company.
  • Providing legal advice on a wide range of company matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with the statutory obligations and decisions of the Board of Directors.
  • Leading and managing the team of legal professionals.
  • Handling all company secretarial responsibilities.
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements and internal policies.
  • Identifying legal risks and proposing solutions.
  • Liaising with external law firms when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director/AVP/VP - CS and Legal should have:

  • A Company Secretary Degree and a law degree
  • Proven experience in the field of Technology & Telecoms and FinTech.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of statutory laws and regulations.
  • Excellent skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
