Job Description

  • Develop and implement innovative creative strategies for marketing campaigns in the consumer industry.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring alignment with the brand's objectives and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute compelling marketing materials.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into creative projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets for various marketing channels.
  • Manage budgets and resources for creative projects efficiently.
  • Evaluate and refine creative outputs to achieve optimal results

The Successful Applicant

A successful Creative Head should have:

  • A degree in marketing, design, communication, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience and any experience in Qucik. E-COmmercie is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in creative strategy and campaign development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
