Job Description

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of all facilities management and corporate real estate operations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Direct collaboration and reporting to the Global Real Estate team.
  • Create and manage the budget for facilities management activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the management of vendor contracts and service level agreements.
  • Implement and manage health and safety programs.
  • Lead and inspire a team of facilities management professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Head - Workplace Solutions should have:

  • 18+ YOE in facilities management, corporate real estate.
  • Open to Mumbai as a location.
  • Candidate should come with experience working in financial services industry, experience with a global firm/ or managing global capability centers is a plus.
