The Corporate HR Lead will manage end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, PMS, employee engagement, policy implementation etc. for a ~100 person corporate team.Reporting to the CHRO, the role offers hands-on leadership exposure and the opportunity to build and lead a growing HR team

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions: Talent Acquisition (campus hiring focus), PMS, HR policies, employee engagement and well-being.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and collaborate with leadership teams.
  • Initially manage 1 direct report, growing the team to 2-3
  • Oversee corporate HR operations

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful applicant will be an experienced HR professional with 10+ years in talent acquisition, PMS, HR policies and employee engagement.
  • He will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience with leadership teams, and the ability to manage and grow a small HR team.
  • Adaptable and proactive, he can implement strong HR practices in a corporate environment.
