Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Financial Controller should have:

  • CA with 10-12 years of post-qualification with 2 years as head of the department (non-negotiable)
  • Extensive knowledge of financial principles and reporting standards.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry in MANDATORY
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
