Job Description

  • Support the team in executing Corporate Finance mandates including M&A transactions, private placements, and other advisory assignments.
  • Conduct comprehensive industry research and prepare market intelligence reports.
  • Analyse company financials, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Build and update financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).
  • Assist in drafting investor presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes by liaising with clients, legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Track transaction timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Prepare internal memos, deal documentation, and support project documentation filing.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working on live deals is advantageous.
  • India deal experience preferred
