Job Description

* Leading workforce planning, job evaluation, and succession planning for critical roles

Designing and executing the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs

* Building a collaborative and high-performance work culture across corporate setup.

* Driving end-to-end talent acquisition for managerial, leadership, and niche roles

* Overseeing performance management, career development, and capability building initiatives

* Ensuring compliance with statutory and client-specific labor regulations

* Spearheading HR technology implementation and process automation

* Managing HR budgets, wage structures, and vendor relationships

* Partnering with senior leadership to drive change management and organizational development

* Leading employee engagement programs and reducing attrition and absenteeism

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Head of HR should have:

* 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in manufacturing organizations with unionized environments

* Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and compliance

* Strong understanding of statutory and buyer compliance, labor laws, and HR risk mitigation

* Experience in export-oriented units or the garment industry is highly desirable

* Postgraduate degree in HR or MBA from a reputed institution

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

* Ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team across diverse functionsIndustry exposure to one or more of the following will be considered a strong advantage:

* Apparel Manufacturing

* Retail or Fashion Industry

* Textile or Garment Export Houses

* Consumer Goods or Lifestyle Brands
