Job Description

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

The Core Services team is expecting a permanent project manager to :

  • Build assistance and ensure consistency for Core Services roadmaps of the 2 services lines : identity & identity protection
  • Follow up and manage internal Core services projects and studies
    • Organize steering, technical committees with stakeholders. Animate and coordinate Tech, business and zones for delivery and rollout purposes.
    • Ensure proper governance of digital identities (user accounts, privileged accounts, machines, services).Ensure compliance with Microsoft security best practices (Tiering model, Enterprise access model, hardening, segmentation).
    • Coordinate the deployment model in the Active Directory environment. Oversee flow separation, privileged account management
  • Prepare and present support for Core Services periodical meetings (monthly steerco & annual review)
  • Close coordination with Core Services lead in Paris (Titanium project PM, Tech lead, Domain lead)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.

ACTIVITIES

  • Typical Technical Environment :
    • Infrastructure: Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Cyberark, MIP
    • Security: Microsoft Tiering Model, Privileged Access Workstations (PAW), PIM/PAG/PAM (e.g., Entra PIM, CyberArk)
    • Methodology: Agile / ITIL / Project management certification
    • Documentation Tools: Service-now, PowerBI, Excel, Word, Confluence, SharePoint, Git, PowerPoint for reporting
  • Key Skills Required:
    • Project management skills (coordination, prioritization, reporting, communication & presentation)
    • Ability to collaborate with architects, CISOs, IAM leads, and operations teams
    • Attention to detail, security mindset, autonomy, synthesis capabilities, proactive and solution oriented.
    • Strong understanding of Core Services technologies (AD/Entra ID and PAM infrastructure and identity security

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Technical Competencies

  • Sgnificant experience in infrastructure security
  • Experience in identity and identity protection
  • PowerBi for KPI follow-up
  • Service-now
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Certification PMP

  • Ability to work effectively with people in different zones/cultures
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop Teams
  • Strong organization and communication skills
