The COO will oversee operations, ensuring efficiency and growth within the organization. This role requires strong leadership in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector with a focus on the Precision Engineering Industry.

Our client is a well-established organization in the Precision Engineering sector, specializing in the Valves, Actuators etc. They are a medium-sized company committed to delivering high-quality products with their products being exported to more than 50 countries.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor senior managers to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational performance.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and systems.
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage

The Successful Applicant

A successful COO should have:

  • An Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Production/Mechatronics along with MBA or other advanced leadership degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in the Engineering company with revenue of more than 300Crs.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mechanical Industry and its operational processes.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational success.
  • Experience in implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
