Job Description

Developing and Executing IT Strategy: Leading the formulation and implementation of comprehensive IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and support its global operations.

  • Overseeing IT Infrastructure and Operations: Managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems that meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Driving Digital Transformation: Spearheading digital initiatives to enhance efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to integrate IT solutions with business strategies, ensuring seamless support for the organization's objectives.
  • Ensuring Compliance and Security: Maintaining high standards of IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity to protect the organization's data and assets in a global context.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'CIO' should have:

  • 15+ year of overall experience in IT & Digital Operations.
  • Open to Ahmedabad as a location, WFO - 6 days a week.
  • Candidate should come with experience of setting up or scaling a GCC.
