Job Description

  • Lead and mentor the insights and analytics team
  • Conduct research and analyze consumer behaviour
  • Utilize global tools and frameworks to analyze and drive customers through the customer journey and identify opportunities for improving custometr experience
  • Utilize global tools and frameworks to manage customer interactions and build strong customer relationships, customer loyalty and brand value.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from various sources.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in consumer insights, customer analytics or a related field within the retail industry.
  • Experience from collaborating with and driving results through many stakeholders and teams
  • 5+ years team leadership
