Job Description

In India, the business started in 2010 and industry wise practices that we specialize in are:

Engineering, Manufacturing & Logistics, Banking & Financial Services, Sales & Marketing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Shared Services, Human Resources, Legal, Technology, Real Estate, Property & Construction.

Role entails:

  • The role encompasses two facets such as Business-to-Business Sales and Recruitment Consulting within the industry practice assigned.
  • Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information with respect to recruitment needs.
  • Identify decision makers within the active and passive client portfolio and ensure continuity of business by influencing their though process and take ownership.
  • Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on their career path within the Middle level to CXO level talent pool.
  • Network across your industry sector to ascertain market trends and growth areas.
  • Identify and attract potential candidates by using various sourcing tools, including our proprietary database, tools like LinkedIn and networking, referrals, and advertising.
  • Manage the end-to end recruitment process from interview to offer stage, balancing excellent service with a positive commercial outcome.

Yes, it involves "B2B"(business-to-business) sales, with a strong emphasis on consulting.

4. What kind of training do I get in the first few months?

In your first month, you will undergo induction training. Subsequent months involve follow-up training sessions, including renowned "sales academies" and external sessions. Individual coaching sessions with your manager provide practical guidance and monitor your development. Workshops on crucial recruitment and marketing skills are also part of the training.

5. How does the selection process work?

The selection process includes personal interviews with the management team, a short take home assignment and a presentation of the assignment. The interview process may include role-play exercises to understand your approach to sales and consulting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess an MBA degree from a Top Tier MBA institution along with 2-5 years of work experience.
  • Prior experience in consulting/sales/business development/KAM/similar recruitment companies is preferable.
  • You have a solid track record of success and an ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • You are proactive, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to learn.
  • You are keen to be based out of our Mumbai office.
