Job Description



  • Work closely with case teams to break down client issues and develop structured approaches for solving them.


  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality output and effective problem-solving.


  • Oversee the execution and delivery of strategic analyses and communicate recommendations to senior clients.


  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with clients to ensure the implementation of actionable strategies.


  • Contribute to internal capability building by transferring skills and supporting best practices within the team.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate brings an MBA from a top business school (IIM, ISB, and other global top tier Business schools) and possesses strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. They should be entrepreneurial, ethical, and have the ability to work across diverse geographies, with a willingness to travel for global project exposure.
