Overseeing compliance of NBFC with RBI.
Conducting Board meetings, including presentations for board meetings, related documents preparation and circulation
Ensuring highest level of Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretarial Compliance
Handling legal/documentation during fund raising and related documentation including term sheets, shareholder agreements, etc
Create a compliance framework to ensure all applicable laws are fully adhered to
Ensuring all policies are kept up to date in compliance with regulatory and company framework
Reviewing new contracts
The Successful Applicant
Qualifies CS + LL.B
Post qualification 10+ years of experience in an Indian corporate in CS and Legal department.
Candidates with previous IPO experience would be preferred
