About Our Client

Our client is an esteemed multinational company in the industrial manufacturing domain.

Job Description

  • Promoting a compliance culture in a way that encourages and insists upon ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with all with high integrity
  • FEMA, RBI regulations, Competition Regulations, Incoterms, Anti-Corruption and Bribery etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and company policies.
  • Analysing and advising on legal and procedural matters under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Handling RBI, DIPP and MCA filings, Liaison with ROC, RBI, DIPP, NSDL and DPs.
  • Implement the global compliance training plan for the company; identify training needs based on risk assessment
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on customer service performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions for continuous skill improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • At least 10 + years of overall experience
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with the industrial/manufacturing industry or law firm or big four consulting firms
