Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals in the Internet sector.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across India to drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high levels of performance and motivation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful E-com Head - India should have:

  • Currently managing E-Com and Q-com for large brands.
  • The candidate should have at least 15 years of experience on the brand side.
  • Proven expertise in managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of the Internet sector and its market dynamics in India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Educational qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
