Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts across multiple global jurisdictions.
  • Advise on legal and regulatory advice to business units, ensuring compliance with UK, EU, and other regional laws.
  • Manage external counsel and collaborate with stakeholders and regional legal teams worldwide.
  • Lead legal teams and provide strategic guidance on cross-border transactions and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candiadate should have:

  • Candidate with exposure to commercial contracts, currently in-house with prior experience at a law firm is preferred.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with strong knowledge of Indian laws on employment, real estate, data privacy, and related compliance matters.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
