  • Assist in managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and report on client interactions and feedback.
  • Support the development of strategies for enhancing client success.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide detailed insights and updates to the management team.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Success Junior should have:
