The role is a horizontal leadership position across four sectors: BFSI, Consumer, Pharma, and Manufacturing, and to act as a strategic technology advisor across portfolio companies, enabling performance improvement through the right tech interventions, vendor partnerships, and implementation oversight. The role involves consulting and guiding promoters across 30+ portfolio companies
  • Work with a Leading Investment firm and grow their portfolio business
  • Multi-sector experience and very strategic role

Job Description

  1. Suggesting new technologies or innovation projects to portfolio companies along with Investment team's support.
  2. Actively involved with companies for their projects like IT Infra revamp, CRM Deployment, Digital transformation, Strategy on SAP S4 HANA, ERP Change and CIO and CISO recruitments where needed
  3. Work closely with the investment team and evaluate the potential IT scope for new investments portfolio companies.
  4. Cyber Risk Assessment

The Successful Applicant

A successful CIOshould have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading technology strategies with multiple industries.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, data security, and software development practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in aligning technology with business strategies and goals.
  • An innovative mindset with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
