Job Description

Strategic IT Leadership:

  • Design and implement an IT roadmap aligned with Company's business objectives, leveraging digital transformation to optimize efficiency and support growth.
  • Ensure the integration and scalability of technology solutions, driving alignment across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain operations.



Technology Optimization and Innovation:

  • Oversee SAP and ERP enhancements, ensuring seamless integration across business functions.
  • Drive innovations in consumer engagement through data analytics, AI, and advanced digital platforms.



Operational Excellence:

  • Lead supply chain digitization efforts, focusing on demand forecasting and predictive analytics to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Establish data-driven decision-making frameworks using AI and machine learning tools to generate actionable insights.



Change Management and Collaboration:

  • Champion digital readiness across the organization, ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT initiatives deliver measurable business value.



Governance and Security:

  • Implement robust IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks to safeguard data and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 15-18 years of , in a FMCG and Manufacturing organization
  • Industry: Preferably from the FMCG and Manufacturing industries. Experience in a beverage industry is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise in SAP implementation, SFA platforms, and tech process optimization
  • Business Acumen: Ability to align technology strategy with business goals, coupled with hands-on experience and a track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives.
  • Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, transformative environment.
