Job Description

  • Define and execute a global IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
  • Lead enterprise-wide IT operations, including ERP, manufacturing systems (MES), infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
  • Drive digitalization across plants, supply chain, and corporate functions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Partner with business, operations, and leadership teams to embed technology into core manufacturing processes.
  • Establish strong IT governance, data security, compliance, and risk management frameworks globally.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and scale emerging technologies such as Industry 4.0, automation, analytics, and IoT.
  • Manage global IT budgets, vendors, and resources to ensure cost efficiency and high service levels.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on technology trends and their impact on manufacturing competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant will have:

  • 18+ years of experience in global IT leadership and digital transformation roles.
  • Strong experience leading IT strategy and operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country IT programs and transformations.
  • Deep understanding of ERP, manufacturing systems, compliance, and risk management.
  • Ability to lead diverse, global teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in complex manufacturing setups.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
