Job Description

Lead the execution of the technical strategy for all technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
Oversee the technical research and development, as well as manage the technical projects.
Provide visible leadership of the company within the technology community.
Select and manage the technical department's staff or outsourced service providers who will participate in the technical projects across all locations.
Oversee the technical risk management, monitor all the technical services of the company and define a business continuity strategy.
Establish the technical standard and processes and perform quality assurance of product development and technical operations.
Remain on top of technology trends, identify opportunities for innovation and ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with all company departments to assess and recommend technologies that support their needs and optimize their work by co-coordinating and integrating the information resources throughout the organization and be "the key corporate resource" for information systems across all departments.

The Successful Applicant

University degree in the field of computer science, business administration with a major in information technology, or another rigorous discipline. An advanced degree in one of these fields is a plus.
At least 12 - 15 years' experience
6 - 8 years' experience in heading IT and IT security functions in a Healthcare domain
Hospital management/information system knowledge
Knowledge of business theory, business process development, management, budgeting, and administrative operations
Demonstrated ability to envision web-based services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems
Deep understanding of coding in one currently popular PHP framework
Knowledge of web standards
Familiar with technical requirements of internet marketing and search engine optimization
Familiar with information security vulnerabilities and risk management
Familiar with consumer privacy and payments industry compliance requirements
Required ability to transfer strategic ideas to the technical team and to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences
