CHRO - Renowned Manufacturing organisation (Listed)

Hyderabad Permanent View Job Description
Our client is seeking a strategic, systems-driven CHRO to lead a cultural and capability transformation across the organization. This is not a traditional HR leadership role - it requires an architect's mindset, a psychologist's understanding, and an operator's discipline. CHRO's mandate: create a measurable, evolving human infrastructure aligned to character, culture, and business imperatives.
  • Opportunity to lead and architect the HR function for future-ready growth.
