Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that directly supports the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR technology.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging company culture that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent.
  • Partner with the executive team to provide strategic guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective HR policies, procedures, and programs that ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and overall employee experience.
  • Lead the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain key talent.
  • Establish and monitor key HR metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the HR budget effectively.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a CHRO or senior HR leader within a fast-paced and preferably tech-driven environment, ideally within the fintech sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that have positively impacted business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of all HR functional areas and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR initiatives.
  • Experience in building and scaling HR functions within a rapidly growing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR technology and systems
