You will be taking care of:

• Shaping technology vision- Conceptualize & develop technical structure of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Tech stack- Identify gaps and help owner(s) implement new technologies that provides competitive advantage
• Expert in database design and experience in defining/ recommending and maintaining database standards and architecture.
• Quality assurance- Involvement in development, testing, and deployment of the application
• Developing and implementing organizational structure & policies for IT function
• Evaluating, recruiting, mentoring, and managing IT team members.
• Use management feedback for necessary improvements & adjustments to technology.
