Job Description

-Strategic Support to Leadership: Support the CEO/MD on key business priorities, decision-making, and long-term growth initiatives.

-Business Planning & Execution: Drive annual/quarterly planning, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment of goals across business units.

-Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between leadership and departments to streamline communication and execution.

-Operational Excellence: Oversee process improvements in manufacturing, quality, and logistics to enhance efficiency.

-People & Culture: Support leadership development, talent acquisition, and foster alignment with company values.

-Special Projects: Lead high-impact initiatives such as automation, sustainability, and market expansion

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief of Staff should have:

  • Experience Required: 7-12 years in strategy, operations, investment banking, private equity or manufacturing leadership roles (BIG 4 advisory or equivalent preferred)
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA from Tier-1 institute
  • Industry Exposure: Packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors is an advantage
