Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Support to Leadership: Support the CEO/MD on key business priorities, decision-making, and long-term growth initiatives.

Business Planning & Execution: Drive annual/quarterly planning, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment of goals across business units.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between leadership and departments to streamline communication and execution.

Operational Excellence: Oversee process improvements in manufacturing, quality, and logistics to enhance efficiency.

People & Culture: Support leadership development, talent acquisition, and foster alignment with company values.

Special Projects: Lead high-impact initiatives such as automation, sustainability, and market expansion.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements/Criteria:

1. Education: Graduate/MBA or equivalent degree in management from tier 1 institutes

2. Experience: 7-10 years in strategy, operations, consulting, or manufacturing leadership roles. Candidates from BIG 4 advisory or equivalent

3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

4. Industry Knowledge: Exposure to manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, or related sectors is an advantage
