The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief of Staff should have:

  • A strong educational background, preferably from IIT, IIMs, ISB and other premier institutes.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in strategy roles, preferably from companies like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Kearney.
  • Exceptional organisational and analytical skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using business tools and software to support operations.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality.
