Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the General Insurance department, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Develop and implement operational policies and strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with executive team to set company goals and devise plans to achieve these goals
  • Lead the entire technology function of the organization
  • Ensure compliance, security, well-being and effectiveness of technology
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by improving customer service processes.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in the Insurance industry and adjust strategies as needed
  • Lead and motivate the team to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of overall experience in the Insurance industry, preferably in BFSI
  • Adept in leading technology and operations teams within the BFSI space
  • Open to Mumbai as a location
