Job Description

  • Strategically lead the human resources department, setting high performance standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our company goals.
  • Ensure all HR operations are compliant with regulations and uphold company values.
  • Advise the senior management on strategic HR issues.
  • Manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Implement effective training and development programs.
  • Drive a positive company culture, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is fair and transparent.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CHRO should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with startups in fintech, ecommerce, D2C
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
