Client is an NBFC with a pan India presence and dealing in comprehensive range of financial products like Commercial Vehicle, Construction Equipment, Farm Equipment, Car/MUV, Insurance and Micro Lap -(Small ticket business loans)

Job Description

Driving change initiatives in HR & Synergise between HR & other departments by collaborating with respective functional headsManaging a holistic HR function with L&D, HR-Ops, Talent acquisition, talent management, & Employee engagement through respective functional headsEnsuring SOPs are designed & implemented by Heads of talent acquisition & management, & L&DTaking proactive & preventive measures for the future growth & sustainability of the key resourcesDeveloping long term people strategy in line with organisation strategy & the strategies of other departmentsTaking ownership of P&L of the HR department and allocating, or re-allocating resources accordinglyUnderstand the role of retention & productivity in the organisation & drive improvement plansDeveloping a strong L&D department through the L&D head to tackle underperformance, Talent development, & leadership development across all levels of the hierarchyContributing in the development of organisation's long-term strategy along with other CXOs & MD

The Successful Applicant

  • 13-18 years of HR leadership experience with an NBFC or Insurer
  • Strong coverage of talent acquisition, talent management, C&B, HR Operations in their stints
  • Full time MBA in HR is required
  • Stakeholder management, track record of HR leadership
